MAYONNAISE COOKIES
Yep, mayonnaise in cookies. Trust us on this one. batch No.5 Mayonnaise creates irresistibly soft, chewy cookies with a rich texture that’ll have everyone asking for the secret ingredient. Loaded with chocolate chips and best enjoyed with a coffee.
Notes from the Kitchen
Don’t be alarmed if the dough feels a little crumbly—that’s exactly how it should be. Mix it well, gently press the cookies before baking, and resist the temptation to overcook them. They’ll continue to firm up as they cool, leaving you with the perfect soft-centred bite.
